- Pls read and understand the artist's " terms of commission" of the assignment. To prevent miscommunication between the artist and customers before commissioning artwork. Consider accepting all terms and conditions as stated.- If a mistake occurs as a result of customers not fully understanding the terms and conditions. There will be no responsibility on the part of the artist.- All work files will be sent in .png format via email (I will upload it in google drive and attach the link in the email)- Updates will be sent via the customer's preferred contact method- You need to pay 50% of the price first then I will sent you the first draft *Can be revised until the customer is satisfied- The artist has the right to refuse to accept the work. If the description of the order does not correspond to the expertise of the artist- Artists have the right to use commissioned Arts in their portfolio.- Artists have the right to publish their work’s processes including sketches on any social media platforms due to their own convenience in purpose of promoting and advertising.If customers do not want their work to be published, it can be notified in advance.The customers need to pay an additional 20% of the price of the commission. Because of losing an opportunity for showing their skills and work.- Artists have the right to own all of the sketches and files that are used to create the work as their proprietary right.- Resealing on NFT, Cryptocurrency platform, including any similar technology in any case is unexceptional prohibited.- Commissioned work is not allowed to be used for AI Generate or any similar technologies.- Claiming to be the owner or the creator of the work is strictly forbidden.

- อ่านและทำความเข้าใจ “เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดการคอมมิชชั่น” ของทางนักวาดให้เรียบร้อย เพื่อป้องกันการสื่อสารที่ผิดพลาดระหว่าง นักวาด และ ผู้ว่าจ้าง ก่อนสั่งงานในอนาคต ถือว่ายอมรับตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดทุกอย่างตามที่ระบุไว้แล้ว- หากเกิดความผิดพลาดจากผู้ว่าจ้างอ่านเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดไม่ครบถ้วน ทางนักวาดจะไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น- งานจะส่งในรูปแบบไฟล์ .png ทางอีเมล
(จะอัพเป็นไลฟ์ google drive และแนบให้ในอีเมล)- อัพเดตจะส่งให้ในช่องทางการติดต่อตามความสะดวกของลูกค้า- จ่ายเงินมัดจำก่อน 50% ของราคา จากนั้นทางนักวาดจะส่งดราฟแรกให้ *สามารถแก้ได้จนกว่าลูกค้าจะพอใจ- นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการรับงาน ในกรณีที่รายละเอียดงานไม่ตรงกับความถนัดของนักวาด- นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ใช้รูปวาดคอมมิชชั่นใน การสะสมผลงาน (Portfolio)- นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ลงเบื้องหลังการสร้างผลงาน หรือภาพสเก็ตลงบน Social ต่าง ๆ ของนักวาด เพื่อใช้ในการโปรโมท*สามารถแจ้งล่วงหน้าได้ หากผู้ว่าจ้างมีความประสงค์ไม่ให้เปิดเผยผลงาน ทางผู้ว่าจ้างจำเป็นจะต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 20% จากราคาเต็มของค่าคอมมิชชั่น เนื่องด้วยว่าทำให้นักวาดเสียโอกาสที่จะแสดงความสามารถและผลงานของตนเอง- รูปสเก็ตและไฟล์งานทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของนักวาด- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานคอมมิชชั่นไป Resell บนแพลตฟอร์ม NFT, Cryptocurrency หรือเทคโนโลยีใด ๆ ที่คล้ายคลึงกันในทุกกรณี- ไม่อนุณาตให้นำงานคอมมิชชั่นไปใช้สำหรับการ AI Generate หรือเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายคลึงกันในทุกกรณี- ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นเจ้าของผลงาน หรือเป็นผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานเองโดยเด็ดขาด
